We want you to be satisfied with WhatsKit. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Overview

WhatsKit operates on a subscription-based model. All subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period. By subscribing to any of our plans, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund

  • Service outage: A verified outage or disruption caused entirely by WhatsKit's infrastructure that prevented you from using the service for a significant portion of your billing period.
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error on our part.
  • Unauthorised charge: A charge was made to your payment method without your authorisation.
  • New subscription — within 7 days: If you have just subscribed for the first time and have not sent more than 100 messages, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Refund requests made after 7 days from the billing date for an existing subscription.
  • Partial refunds for unused days or messages within a billing period.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or WhatsApp's Business Policy.
  • Service disruptions caused by WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure or policy changes outside WhatsKit's control.
  • Refund requests due to a change of mind after the service has been actively used.
  • Overage charges incurred by exceeding plan message limits.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have full access to the service until that date.

  • No charges are made after cancellation for the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
  • Any unused messages do not carry over after cancellation.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A brief description of the reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting evidence (e.g., error screenshots, outage reference numbers)

5. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
  • WhatsKit does not issue refunds in the form of credits, vouchers, or alternative payment methods unless explicitly agreed upon.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team first — most billing issues can be resolved quickly and amicably without a chargeback.

7. Free Trial & Promotional Credits

Any free trial credits, promotional credits, or complimentary messages provided by WhatsKit are non-refundable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
