WhatsKit provides instant WhatsApp Business API services without requiring Meta's lengthy approval process. Our platform enables businesses to integrate WhatsApp messaging capabilities immediately.

Core Services

  • Instant WhatsApp Business API access (no approval waiting period)
  • RESTful API for sending and receiving WhatsApp messages
  • Support for text, media, document, and template messages
  • Real-time webhook notifications for message events
  • Message delivery status tracking and analytics
  • Multi-language SDK support and comprehensive documentation

Service Limitations

  • Message limits based on your subscription plan
  • Rate limiting to ensure platform stability
  • Compliance with WhatsApp's Business Policy requirements
  • Geographic restrictions may apply based on local regulations

3. User Responsibilities and Compliance

You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies:

WhatsApp Policy Compliance

  • Strictly comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Terms of Service
  • Only send messages to users who have opted in to receive them
  • Respect WhatsApp's 24-hour messaging window for non-template messages
  • Use approved message templates for promotional content

Content and Messaging Standards

  • Do not send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional content
  • Obtain proper consent before messaging users
  • Provide clear opt-out mechanisms in your messages
  • Ensure message content is legal, appropriate, and non-harmful

Account Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
  • Keep your API keys and credentials secure
  • Monitor your usage to stay within plan limits
  • Report any security incidents or unauthorized access immediately

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or fraud
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Spreading malware or viruses
  • Violating intellectual property rights

5. Payment Terms and Billing

Payment terms for WhatsKit services are as follows:

Subscription Plans

  • Starter Plan: ₹500/month (5,000 messages)
  • Growth Plan: ₹800/month (15,000 messages)
  • Pro Unlimited: ₹1,200/month (50,000 messages, fair use)

Billing Terms

  • Monthly billing with automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • Service continues until end of billing period after cancellation
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Taxes may apply based on your location

Usage Overages

  • Starter and Growth plans: ₹4 per additional message
  • Pro Unlimited: Fair use policy applies (no overages)
  • Overage charges are billed in the following month

6. Service Availability and WhatsApp Dependencies

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, our service depends on WhatsApp's infrastructure and policies, which may affect availability.

Service Level

  • Target uptime of 99.9% for our API infrastructure
  • Message delivery depends on WhatsApp's service availability
  • Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance

WhatsApp Policy Changes

  • WhatsApp/Meta may change their policies, affecting our service
  • We reserve the right to modify services to maintain compliance
  • Account suspensions may occur due to WhatsApp policy violations
  • We will provide reasonable notice of service changes when possible

7. Limitation of Liability

WhatsKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service.
